We endeavour to carry stock of all items listed on our website at all times. Orders are therefore despatched within 7 days of receiving your order. In the event that an item is out of stock, please accept our apologies. You will be notified as soon as possible if the item(s) you order is/are not in stock.
UK DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard delivery of any order placed through our website totalling £75 or more is FREE OF CHARGE to any UK mainland or BFPO address. Orders below £75 in value will incur a standard delivery charge of £4.95. Your order will be despatched by the most appropriate method. Multiple items may not be despatched simultaneously. Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Delivery costs vary to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isles of Man. Please contact us for a quotation for delivery to these areas

Overseas postage charges are as follows:-

These charges do not include import duties , which are the buyer’s responsibility. Prices quoted include VAT.
RETURNS
Items with which you are not entirely satisfied may be returned within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in the same unworn/unused condition in which you received them. Footwear must be worn on carpeted areas only when being tried on. Items are returned to us at your cost. Goods must be packaged securely to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. We do not accept any liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit. You remain responsible & liable for the goods being returned until we are in receipt of them. Goods are returned to us at your cost. Customers exchanging goods will be charged a delivery charge where appropriate on their new order.
